Cheese making | 01 March & 14 June 2014

Lyn Stewart and Lorna Tomkinson are presenting workshops in the Gloucester area for those wishing to make their own cheeses.

You will learn to make fetta, camembert, ricotta and labneh (a soft fresh cheese made from yoghurt).There will be finished cheeses to taste and those made that day will be available after they have cured. A full set of notes will be provided. Lunch and morning tea is included.
