What’s On in Gloucester | 2-8 Mar 2015

A weekly round up of things to do in and around Gloucester, featured this week is:

  • AUSSIE CULTURE: In 2015, Bush Poetry at the Saleyards features renowned bush poet champion Gregory North, Claire Reynolds, Gabby Colquhoun, Wyatt Hall plus the music of the talented Bowden Brothers. Saturday 7 March at the cattle saleyards.
  • ENTERTAINMENT & MUSIC: Coming soon to the Gloucester Soldiers Club are two special events:
    • Friday 13 March is ’A Road Less Travelled’ by Maya, the internationally acclaimed psychic palmist. Tickets $25, for bookings call 6558 1006.
    • Saturday 14 March, don’t miss the ’Rocky Mountain Echoes’ show performed by Golden Guitar winner Trevor Knight who does a faultless rendition of the beautiful music of John Denver. Before he died in a light aircraft crash in 1997, John Denver was a renowned American singer-songwriter, actor, environmental activist and humanitarian. Come hear his beautiful lyrical legacy at the Soldiers Club. Tickets $25, for bookings call 6558 1006.
