Pat Byram is the local expert behind Good Ol Mum’s, a regular stallholder at the Gloucester Farmers Market plus other markets around the region: Nabiac, Wingham, Stroud, Forster, Blackhead, Newcastle and more! She’s a multi-award winner at regional agricultural shows plus the Royal Easter Show in 2015 and 2014. Pat is excited to be presenting a two-hour pickling workshop at a private home in Gloucester where you’ll learn about jar choice, sterilisation and hygiene, choosing the right spices, and more tips for making your own bottled pickles… worthy of your own awards!
