Here’s our weekly wrap-up of things to do in Gloucester: events, activities and fun stuff too. Click open the newsletter for the full details of all events, and we’re very excited in particular by these:
- COMMUNITY SPIRIT: The Barrington Community Market offers fun and fundraising in true country village style: bric-a-brac, fresh produce, plants, crafts and lots of collectible stuff too!
- SWIMMING & PICNIC: Get wet and get happy at the annual picnic for Gloucester Thunderbolts Swimming Club, a great family day of fun by the pool in the Olympic Pool Complex.
- EXTRAORDINARY ART: The last days of the Frugal Forest exhibition at the Gloucester Gallery, created from materials that were headed for the tip “because nothing is wasted in the forest and we could learn from that”.
- PADDLING SURVEY: River paddlers are invited to participate in an online survey that will help determine the future of paddling in Gloucester, via this quick link: bit.ly/PaddleGlo
