DoGsWooD exhibition at Gloucester Gallery, 31Mar-24 Apr 2016

DoGsWooD Exhibition | 31 Mar – 24 Apr 2016

The latest exhibition at the Gloucester Gallery by DoGsWooD (also known as Gordon Elliott, resident of the Gloucester region) is sure to satisfy your art appreciation senses. Called “Tribe of 1” the works are in mixed media and installation, and presented in two halves: the self examining introvert and the structural growth of the extrovert.

Gordon explains: “This show will be a combination of exhibition and installation and will consist of multi media wall-hanging works, using materials such as glass, wood, twine. The installation work will be wire sculptural ‘building blocks’ or conceptual seeds that will transform the internal structure of the gallery space. Within these building blocks a variety of medium reside, creating various threads of narrative thought and observation. The installation work will be an ongoing evolution of transformative work.”
