Kids Filmmaking Workshop: 29 Sep & 6 Oct 2016

Regional Arts NSW logo

Fun holiday workshops for creative kids will be available during the September 2016 school holidays with three of our most popular workshops making a much-anticipated return: drama, filmmaking and enviro art. The children’s workshops are supported by Regional Arts NSW through their Country Arts Support Program.

The Filmmaking Workshop is a fantastic opportunity for children to learn more about creating scenes and capturing the action. Presented by Greg Smith from Forster Film Festival, these workshops will guide children in participating both in front and behind the camera. They’ll create a story & will take home a DVD of their work.

In addition, work created in the workshops will feature in a short movie that will be presented with a series of short films later in the year: “Gloucester… So much to offer.”
